CALL FOR SUBMISSIONS TO FIELD: issue 4 'ECOLOGY"

Field: journal invites submissions to issue 4 'ECOLOGY'

For issue 4 of field: we are interested in the theme of 'ECOLOGY' in relation to architecture: how it is translated from other fields of research; how it can inform ways of reframing issues around sustainability; how it is involved in rethinking ethics, politics and subjectivities; how it is entwined in experiential, creative and exploratory practice.

Field: invites submissions from a range of disciplines, fields and practices and encourages contributions from academics, researchers, artists, activists, and practitioners, from individuals or groups.


For the fourth issue of field: 'ECOLOGY' we propose the following timetable:

Full papers submitted to field: for editorial/peer review: 1 June 2010

Comments from referees returned to editors: 30 June 2010

Decision to authors: 7 July 2010

FINAL (revised) papers due: 31 July 2010

Publication of issue 4 field: 'ECOLOGY':  October 2010

All submitted papers should be formatted according to the journal's specification, see the How to Submit pages and download a word template http://www.field-journal.org/index.php?page=how-to-submit Max length (with abstract and references): 5 - 6000 words; initial submission should include proposed visual material -authors are responsible for copyright.

Full papers should be submitted by email in time for the first deadline, 1 June 2010 to:
